Some people think that if we legalize same sex marriages everyone will start marrying the same sex. They also think our birth rate will decrease.

This is ludicrous because everyone in this world is not homosexual. Homosexuality has been going on for a while now and it has never affected our birth rate in this country. Everyone should have equal rights and a person should not be limited to those rights because of their sexual preference. A homosexual is judged everyday based on their preference; therefore this makes it hard and uncomfortable to go through life. No one should feel unwanted because of their personal preference its not harming anyone at all. We live in a country were equality is something we truly value; we need to express that value more and give everyone the same rights.
